Elise Nursery Complete!

Okay, so I am going to have my ever so fabulous photogrpaher take some really good pics when we do El's newborn pics - but I just couldn't wait to show you the finished project!!

So here are my "trying to be a photog" pics! :)

First, her door hanger made by one of my BFF's KatieP! She is so good! :)

You will see more of this fun little sign in the future! :)

Come on in!

My chicken wire board, mucho help from Daddy on this project! :)

See that little "Sweet Pea" baby hanging, that says "Sweet Pea Elise" and we will hang it on the front door when baby girl comes home. This was made my sweet sweet friend, Laurie! She is crafty too!!
here it is without....
The awesome, fabulous, beautiful, perfect bedding! My Grandma worked so hard on this and did and AWESOME job!! It is exactly what I wanted!! :)

 I addddoooore this bookshelf!
And this sculpture was a gift from one of my BFF's parents, i.e. my other parents growing up...and I love it. It is so sweet and totally made me cry when I opened it. Damn hormones.

Here sweet hooded towels! And lots and lots of clothes!

The gallery wall, all art work compliments of Ms. Jessica at Doubtless Designs, one of her shower invitations, the picture of when we found out our little bundle of joy was a girl, and then a baby picture of each of us. I love this wall!

This sweet little poodle in her bed is one of my favorite gifts.
See, The Hubby had quite the curls when he was little. Bleach blonde curls/fro.
His parents came up with the nickname poodle and still call him that to this day. Took me a while to figure it out when we first started dating and then then explained it me......any who, his second momma got us this at her last shower and it is a poodle that says, "Daddy's Lil Poodle". I mean, how sweet is that?!?! I love it!!

So that's it! I thought it would be fun to show my inspiration board....I think I did pretty good!
Turquoise/Pink/Orange nursery

That's baby girl's room!!
We are set and ready to go, all we need is a baby!! :)

Whatcha think???

Wow! The room looks amazing! I noticed that the room doesnt have a closet? My husband and I have a future nursery room that doesn't have a closet either. That is a great armoir you have. Where did you get it? Any other storage/organization advice for a small nursery without a closet? xo

This room looks absolutely AMAZING! Oh my gosh! I have the same question as Lindsay...our future nursery has no closet! I love what you did to compensate for that! Where did you get it!? :)

You did such a beautiful job and I absolutely love the bedding! I've always pictured a nursery like this for when (more like if lol) I have a little girl! Chances are I'll end up with all boys ;) Can't wait for you to post that little Elise has arrived! xo

Wow!! It is beyond beautiful! :) You did such a great job!! :) I must know where you got the bright colored baskets you are using? I need more bright pink and that green you got! I originally got some from Marshall's and tj Maxx but never see them anymore. Was thinking about trying home goods.
