Mission for my dear blogging friends....

Okay so, I started this blog 2 years ago....right after we got married. I had the intention of talking about all the fun that comes along with being newlyweds. While that lasted a bit, it quickly turned into my random ramblings and a version of an "on-line" diary, if you will. I still adore blogging, I feel like I have a special group of friends out there in bloggy land and I love that! I love being able to look back and stuff 2 year ago! I have all intentions of continuing to blog....as long as I am granted the time to do so....and you all don't get bored of me.....and I probably still will once you do! :) 

So what I am getting at is I don't really think that "First Comes Love.." applies anymore. I want to come up with something more about just day to day or the life of us or something....and I my creative juices have hit a road block. 

So, here is where you come in.....what are your thoughts? Do you like the title? Do you have ideas and/or suggestions? ALL is welcome!! :) SEND ME SOME CREATIVE IDEAS!! :)

In the mean time, check out my nails...I finally tried the gel manicure last night....and so far, I LOVE it! I got a natural color.... I wanted a pretty fall color, but we are going to Mexico, but I didn't want too summery....so I went neutral....which will go good with a tan! :) If it lasts as long as it is suppose to...I will be hooked!

LOVING my new ellipitical The Hubby got me! :) It is so quiet and so awesome!

I am loving that I am going to get a much needed mani pedi tomorrow in preparation for our trip! 

I am loving these new Essie Fall colors....speaking of, check out one of my fave blogs, A Wedding Story...she's doing a give-a-way! :) 

 I am always loving these fabulous people (my folks), but am especially loving them today because of something HUGE that happened to them...more on that later... :)

And I have I mentioned that Mexico is just a few short days away? Cause I'm loving that!! :)

A Heartbreaking Hotty Toddy Weekend...

So my weekend was fabulous....other than the terrible football played by my rebels and the heartbreaking loss of the Vols...it was good.... :)

Friday we watched the 2 ugliest teams in the SEC play each other....Mississippi State and LSU....our two biggest rivals. If I had to pick one, it would be LSU...and they won...woo hoo!!

 Only time I will ever be happy about corn dog smelling tigers winning.

 Friday night we hung out at the house while I could dinner, we had this Brown Sugar and Balsamic Glazed Pork loin, sliced red potatoes with Omaha steak seasoning (soooo good on potatoes!), and this a Crunchy Broccoli Toss salad....soooo yummy!!

Then, Saturday we were up bright and early, mimosas at 8:30!! We had a parking pass to a garage over looking the stadium....check out the view from our tailgate...as soon as we got their The Rebels were arriving...

 That's Coach Nutt at the bottom left walking the field....I hope he gets better....I don't want them to fire him....

We stayed until the 3rd touchdown....my heart couldn't take anymore.

We then went to tailgate a bit more before heading to Sam's to watch the TN game....which didn't turn out too well either....

 

So score-wise....it was a rough weekend in our household....but overall was a great weekend. Great friends, great food, great weather....much too short though...as are most! :) 

And this week will be the longest ever as by the end of it we will be in MEXICO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Double Duty Wednesday!

First Up.....

Totally random picks this week....but I am in kind of a random mood! :)

I do believe we will be doing this...

 although if it were up to The Hubs we would do this...

 This is such a great idea....it's cutlery trays! May have to do this...

 I just love this outfit...minus the necklace...love the belt, the jeans, the wrap, the shoes. Speaking of, I need a belt like that why are they so hard to find? They are never the right width....

 I think I may have to make these this weekend....whaddya think Laura??

 Genius!! I am TOTALLY doing this for Thanksgiving!!

Now for a few loves....

First, you must know...I have a sick sense of humor. If someone or something runs into a wall, face plants, trips, falls, whatever....I laugh so hard I cry and almost pee my pants. I get it from my mom. Seriously, that windex commercial where the bird flies into the glass window....I lost it. My puppy went flying through the house to get to the sliding door downstairs....and ran right into the screen door, and by ran into I mean bounced off. I lost it. I mean could breath I was laughing so hard. She just kept looking at me like I was crazy. I tried to tell my husband what happend but couldn't stop laughing....yes, I have a sick sense of humor. 

Which leads me to my first love.....I stumbled upon this show and, well let's just say, it was made for me and my mother.....

It's like jackass stuff but even better because it is you tube videos of everyday people doing stupid stupid things...I cry every time I watch it....they hubs came up from the basement last night to see what was going on I was laughing so hard....it really is sad.... :) 

 I am loving all the mums I bought yesterday and am totally pumped to get them planted and all pretty!! :)

I am loving all the new Fall shows coming up in the next few weeks...here are a few I am looking forward to...

 This one starts tonight!

I am LOOOOOOOOVING all the fall boots...especially ones with buckles....

Okay, these don't have buckles....but I think I need them....
